Position : Head - ETP

Qualification : Diploma or degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engg. / Science but not mandatory

Place of work : SIPCOT, Nilakottai, Dindigul Dt., TAMILNADU Expected

Experience:
Minimum of 7 years hands on working experience, out of which at least 3 years in managing the ETP operations

Through knowledge of government norms such as but not limited to TNPCB

Strong fundamentals and practical knowledge on overall ETP process by analyzing the waste water source from each step in the manufacturing process

Quick learner, can do attitude and get the job done Knowledge on 5S Understand and strictly adhere to quality standards with zero tolerance

Able to train people well

Team approach & lead by example

Continuous improvement mindset

Knowledge of measurement methods

**Responsibilities**:
Full responsibility for entire ETP / ZLD Operations such as

Understand measurement methods and able to qualify the same

Establish process standards / maintain and improve current standards based on data collection

Strong fundamentals and practical knowledge on overall ETP process by analyzing the waste water source from each step in the manufacturing process

Able to seek proposals for new projects, analyze the same in all technical aspects and ensure the investments are optimized.

Continuous improvements - Train and execute new standards / improvement projects based on data

Hands on knowledge of compliance

Ensure the existing and new process meets all compliance standards Able to coach and develop people

Strict adherence to quality principles. Practical experience and serious approach for housekeeping incl. 5S
