**1. **Coordinating with landscape architects/ consultants, review the drawings so as to confirm the project requirements and make changes in soft scape design development package of landscape

**2. **Main job responsibility would be to create landscape drawings as per designs, that includes measurements and specifications that can be used as a guide for a landscaping project from the provided conceptual sketches

**3. **Mandatory experience with Landscape architect firm

**4. **Prepare estimation for the development and maintenance of soft scape and hard scape area and ensure the work is within estimated budget

**5. **Active involvement in vendor development, negotiation, plant procurement, selection of plants etc

**7. **Coordinating with surveyors, engineers, architects and landscape contractors to determine the different aspects of project and environment

**8. **Working knowledge of residential and commercial landscape projects

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
