**Responsibilities**:
Set up and prepare CMC machines for operation by loading and unloading materials, installing cutting tools, and calibrating machine settings.

Program CMC machines using CAM software to generate tool paths and control machining operations.

Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.

Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.

Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in optimal working condition.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, machine settings, and production output.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a CMC Operator, with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating and programming CMC machines.

Proficiency in CAM software for programming CMC machines (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, SolidCAM).

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,056.53 per month
