As a **Sales Executive** at SC International you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for driving sales and building relationships with potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors. You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the adoption of solar energy solutions while earning competitive commissions for your success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of prospects, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct on-site assessments and consultations to understand clients' energy needs.
- Present tailored solar energy solutions, emphasizing the benefits of solar rooftops and cost savings.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on the latest solar technology, industry trends, and government incentives.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experience from sales to installation.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience (preferably in renewable energy, solar, or related industries).
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sustainability and clean energy.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
