Profile Overview:
Irizpro Learning Solutions is seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist with specialized expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on both Meta and Google platforms, with a strong focus on driving lead generation. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing ad strategies, analyzing performance, and engaging with our audience to generate quality leads and contribute to brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meta & Google Ads Management: Design, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Utilize advanced targeting techniques and make data-driven adjustments to enhance lead generation and maximize ROI.
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement strategies specifically aimed at generating high-quality leads through Meta and Google Ads. Focus on creating effective ad copy, selecting appropriate targeting options, and optimizing landing pages to drive conversions.
- Social Media Account Management: Manage and optimize social media profiles on Meta platforms to support lead generation efforts. Ensure content aligns with ad campaigns and enhances overall engagement.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create and schedule compelling content for Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including text, images, and videos. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with lead generation goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to interactions and inquiries on Meta platforms promptly, fostering positive engagement and guiding potential leads through the funnel.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices for Meta Ads and Google Ads to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving targeted lead generation goals.
- Metrics Reporting: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and ad campaign success. Adjust strategies based on performance data to ensure ongoing improvement and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 6-12 months of experience with a focus on lead generation through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, including knowledge of lead generation strategies, targeting options, and performance analysis.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant analytics tools. Excellent communication skills and a creative approach to content creation and campaign management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
