**Role**:
We are seeking a skilled Copywriter to join our Content Team. As a key team member, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with our content strategists, editors, and designers to develop compelling copy for various channels, including website content, YouTube, social media, and more.

**Responsibility**:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop content strategies and concepts that support marketing objectives and drive engagement.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create content that is fact-filled, interesting, and appealing to the target audience.
- Leverage your creative writing skills to craft attention-grabbing headlines, taglines, and slogans that leave a lasting impression.
- Should possess proficiency in crafting compelling sales copy, creating effective marketing copy, and writing concisely.
- Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform content creation.
- Work closely with designers to ensure copy and visual elements are cohesive and effectively communicate key messages.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in copywriting, content marketing, and SEO to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

**Additional Requirement**:

- Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and syntax
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences, platforms, and formats.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
- Works well independently and with a team.

**Experience, Qualification, Compensation & Benefits**

▪ Experience - 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

▪ Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

▪ Compensation - Attractive compensation at par with industry standards.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
