**Job Summary**:
As the Training Head for Data Science, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in data science roles within our organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, design curriculum, and ensure that training initiatives align with business goals. Your role will also involve evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making continuous improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**:
Collaborate with business leaders and data science teams to identify training needs and objectives.

Design comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of data science, including data analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and statistical modeling.

Develop training materials, resources, and curriculum outlines.

Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions for employees, including hands-on workshops, lectures, and online courses.

Ensure that training content is engaging, up-to-date, and relevant to the organisation's goals.

Adapt training methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and levels of expertise.

Evaluation and Assessment:
Establish evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.

Monitor the progress of trainees and provide support and guidance as needed.

Resource Management:
Manage training resources, including trainers, facilities, and training materials.

Ensure that training programs are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of data science and related technologies.

Incorporate new tools, techniques, and best practices into training programs.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.

Generate reports and communicate the impact of training programs to management.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.).

Proven experience in data science, including data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modelling.

Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in relevant data science tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib, ggplot2).

Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
