We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **CNC Machine Programmer** to join our manufacturing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and write CNC programs (manually and via CAM software) for **turning and milling machines**.
- Utilize and optimize **G-code and M-code** for various CNC controllers (e.g., **Fanuc, Siemens, Haas**).
- Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models** (2D & 3D).
- Perform or support **machine setups**, including selecting tools, setting work offsets, and loading programs.
- Verify program accuracy through **simulation and test runs**, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Optimize tool paths and machining parameters for **efficiency, surface finish, and cycle time**.
- Troubleshoot machining problems and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, QC, and production teams to maintain part quality and resolve design/manufacturing challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation for programs, setups, and tool lists.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certification in **CNC Programming, Machining, or Manufacturing Technology**.
- Proven hands-on experience with **CNC turning and milling** operations.
- Proficiency in **manual G-code programming** and use of **CAM software** (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
- Familiarity with **CNC controllers** such as **Fanuc, Haas, Siemens**.
- Strong understanding of **technical drawings**, **GD&T**, and **machining tolerances**.
- Ability to select appropriate cutting tools and work holding methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to **quality control**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
