**Responsibilities**:

- **Subject Instruction**: Teach various branches of science, including physics, chemistry, biology, and environmental science, using a variety of teaching strategies and resources. Foster students' curiosity and exploration of scientific phenomena, promote critical thinking skills, and encourage scientific inquiry and problem-solving.
- **Laboratory Management**: Plan and conduct laboratory experiments and investigations to provide students with hands-on learning experiences in scientific inquiry and experimentation. Ensure safety protocols are followed, and laboratory equipment and materials are used appropriately and responsibly.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess student learning and progress through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, such as quizzes, tests, projects, lab reports, and presentations. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and achievement in science.
- **Differentiated Instruction**: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students with varying learning styles, abilities, and interests. Provide additional support or enrichment opportunities as needed to ensure all students have the opportunity to succeed in science.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote student engagement, cooperation, and respect for classroom rules and procedures.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians regarding students' academic progress, behavior, and any concerns. Collaborate with parents to support student learning and address individual needs or challenges as they arise.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills, stay abreast of developments in science education, and fulfill continuing education requirements. Participate in workshops, conferences, and peer learning communities to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
- **School Engagement**: Contribute to the overall school community by participating in faculty meetings, school events, and committees. Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, share resources, and coordinate interdisciplinary projects or activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science with a relevant teaching certification or diploma in education. Postgraduate degree in Science or Education is desirable.
- Deep understanding of scientific concepts, principles, and theories across multiple disciplines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for science education and fostering students' curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
- Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to design engaging and interactive lessons.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital resources for teaching and learning.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes mutual respect among students.
