**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Eecutives at Lenskart. As a Tele Sales Eecutive, you will be responsible for generating sales by promoting and selling our eyewear products over the phone. This is an ecellent opportunity for fresher looking to kick starts their career in sales and gain valuable eperience in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about Lenskart's products and services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our eyewear products to customers, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Identify and assess customer needs to recommend suitable eyewear products based on their preferences and requirements.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team target.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Graduation in any field is mandatory.
- Ecellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Prior eperience in telesales or customer service is a plus, but not required.

**Working Hours and Location**:

- Shift timings: 8 AM to 11 PM (rotational shifts)
- 6-day workweek with fied working days on Saturday and Sunday.
- Weekly off may be taken between Monday to Friday.

**Job location**: Sec-44, Gurgaon.
