**Job Title: Tele Caller (Freshers/Entry Level)**

**Location**: Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and follow up on payments.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and prospects.
- Follow up with existing leads and clients to ensure ongoing communication.
- Maintain and update customer information in the database.
- Provide product or service information to clients and address queries.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 0-1 year of experience in a tele-calling or customer service role (Freshers can also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Nature of the job - desk job.
