**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Keeping schedule related records
- Preparing Time Table on daily basis
- V-connect entry of Time Table & other lectures
- Updating Faculty lecture record.
- Finalising Faculty lecture record (LR) for payment.
- Sending Admit Abroad lecture approval and recordings.
- Solving Student queries related to app, study material & tests etc.
- Informing schedule to teachers & student via mail, sms & WhatsApp messages.
- Lecture Monitoring Updating website for GATE & GRE course
- Maintaining attendance, calling absent students.
- Test announcement, Uploading test & giving access to students.
- Uploading daily practice test on App Checking & replying on daily basis to student reported problems on App
- Uploading test on app
