We are looking for motivated & dynamic Call Officers (Male) for Elderline 14567, Connect Centre at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

**Location

**Educational Qualifications**:Any Masters or Graduation in any discipline.

**Work Experience-** Min. 1 year experience in working at any of the connect centre/call centre preferably related to response system/health emergency/helpline, etc.

**Skills Required-** Good communication skills (Hindi & English), Counsling, telephone etiquette, listening skills, patience and empathetic approach woth elderly persons, decision making, etc.

**Roles & Responsibilities
- **Person will be responsible for attending calls made to the helpline number, to quickly assess the genuine/serviceable calls and ask the right questions to validate the calls, understand the requirements of the elderly persons and respond appropriately besides other responsibilities like coordination with the field team, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
