Client Questionnaire Coordinator

**What You'll Do**:
The Client Questionnaire Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of client questionnaires related to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and due diligences. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of client questionnaires.
- Support and coordinate the completion of client questionnaires related to RFP, RFI, and due diligences
- Work with various internal teams, including sales, legal, compliance, and product teams, to gather and compile the necessary information and responses for client questionnaires
- Ensure that all client questionnaires are completed accurately, comprehensively, and in a timely manner
- Review and edit responses for clarity, accuracy, and consistency, maintaining a database of completed questionnaires and responses for future reference
- Identify and address any gaps or inconsistencies in responses
- Support commercial teams globally by providing guidance and best practices on client questionnaire completion and submission, collaborating with them to ensure that all completed questionnaires are submitted to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Align best practices and guidelines for client questionnaire completion and submission between different departments in the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to client questionnaires and RFP/RFI processes
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fully fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of interlocutors, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a high level of organizational skills
- Proven ability to influence and improve global processes to drive efficiencies and standardization across regions and business lines
- Experience with RFP/RFI software and databases, such as Loopio, is a plus
- Curiosity on tech & IT matters and experience with ad technology industry is a strong advantage, though not mandatory
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
