**Job Title**: Marketing Executive

**Location**: [Egmore, Chennai ]

**Department**: Marketing

**Reports To**: Marketing Manager / Director of Marketing.

**Job Overview**: As a Marketing Executive at [Dugar Finance & Investments Ltd.], you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that marketing strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure consistency and quality
- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and oversee event setup and execution.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and industry trends.
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the brand’s voice and messaging.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.

**Working Conditions**:
