Position: Intensivist

Location: Bengaluru

Department: ICU

Shift Timings: 3 to 4 hours

**Salary**: Based on call basis and experience (Negotiable)

Additional Benefits: Incentives / Bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the care of critically ill patients in the ICU and provide expert advice on intensive care

Management.
- Lead the ICU team in ensuring the highest standard of care for all ICU patients.
- Perform critical care procedures, including intubation, central line placement, and others.
- Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary approach to

patient care.
- Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatments, and lead rounds for complex cases.

**Required Qualifications**:

- MD in Anesthesia, Internal Medicine, or equivalent.
- Fellowship or DNB in Critical Care Medicine.

**Minimum Experience Required**:

- 2+ years of experience as an intensivist in a critical care setting.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Expertise in advanced life support techniques, including ventilator management.
- Familiarity with ICU monitoring equipment, infusion pumps, and ABG management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills in managing a multidisciplinary team.
