**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute engaging content ideas for social media platforms
- Create reels, videos, graphics, and posts using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Write compelling captions and use appropriate hashtags
- Capture and edit real-time content (student interactions, events, success stories)
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule using a content calendar
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor content
- Engage with the online community by replying to comments and DMs
- Work with the marketing and counseling teams to promote services and campaigns

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices
- Basic photography/videography skills are a plus
- Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
