**Responsibilities**:

- Handle classes for students of **grades 9th to 12th**, specializing in **JEE Mains** and **NEET** preparation.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive lectures that cater to diverse learning styles
- Develop and implement comprehensive study materials, including assignments, quizzes, and mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance through regular assessments and provide personalized feedback.
- Mentor and guide students to overcome academic challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of education.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the classroom and within the academy.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Master's degree in **related field from a recognised university.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience teaching students of grades **9th to 12th.**:

- Proven track record of success in preparing students for competitive exams like **JEE Mains and NEET-UG**:

- Strong understanding of concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Proficient in using technology for educational purposes, including online platforms and learning management systems.
- **Own laptop required.**
