**Key Responsibilities**:

- Weekly Production Planning: Develop and execute weekly production plans in line with customer demands and inventory targets.
- Capacity Analysis: Calculate and perform daily analysis of production capacities based on set targets, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Inter-Plant Material Transfer: Coordinate material transfers between different plant locations based on demand and production requirements.
- Capacity Planning: Take charge of weekly schedules and capacity planning to meet production goals efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct perpetual stock counting and ensure zero variance in manufacturing versus actual stock levels.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports related to Supply Chain Management (SCM), including DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding) reports and weekly MPS (Master Production Schedule) for the plant.
- Kanban Implementation: Implement and manage Kanban systems to streamline workflow, physical flow, and inventory control.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in BE/Btech, preferably in production engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in PPC, with a focus on sheet metal components or a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management techniques.
- Hands-on experience with KANBAN implementation.
- Understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
