**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system
- Perform regular data entry of inventory, purchase orders, and stock movements
- Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams for stock updates and reconciliations
- Generate inventory and stock reports as needed
- Assist in stock audits and help identify discrepancies
- Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded correctly and promptly
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
- Handle basic administrative and record-keeping tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry and inventory/logistics operations
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setup
- Basic understanding of stock reconciliation and reporting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Manesar, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
