**Job Title: Sales Executive - B2B Sales (Pesticides Industry)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective **B2B sales strategies** to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities with **distributors, agro-dealers, cooperatives, large farms**, and agri-retail chains.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting **customer relationships** and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct **product presentations**, demos, and technical discussions with clients to promote product benefits.
- Provide **market feedback** on pricing, competition, and customer requirements to the product and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with **field agronomists**, technical staff, and support teams to address client queries and after-sales support.
- Ensure timely **order processing, collections**, and **account management**.
- Participate in **industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions** to enhance market presence.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agri-Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- **2-5 years** of proven B2B sales experience in the **pesticides or agrochemicals** industry.
- Strong knowledge of **crop protection products**, pest management, and agricultural practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and regions.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms for reporting and client management.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
