**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and growing the company’s presence on social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform
- Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to create ad copy, graphics, and landing page content
- Track campaign performance and generate weekly or monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Help maintain a content calendar for social media posts and advertising campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices
- Assist with basic design tasks using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising (internships included)
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (campaign creation, audience targeting, and basic optimization)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation strategies
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
