**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Daily Operations**:

- Support the operations team in managing workflow and completing assigned tasks.
- Monitor day-to-day processes and ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update operational records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, including performance metrics and process evaluations.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest practical solutions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics, procurement, and customer service.
- Provide support for meetings, presentations, and team projects.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks as directed.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to meet client expectations.
