WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

- Work towards grooming personality and improving communication skills of students.
- Conduct Life Skills training sessions for students and to improve their soft skills.
- Preparing activity for the children according topic sheet.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.
- Teaching different type of craft making to kids according to their age., making them play
games, carom etc. to divert their mind and change their mood. Teaching them various
age specific stories and rhymes.
- Focus and enhance on their creative learning as it will help them to change their mood
and divert their mind.
- Making them aware about basic hygiene care and teaching basic etiquettes.
- Counselling kids and establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional,
psychological, and spiritual support to students.
- Advising them for further counselling to senior counsellor if they are not able to
understand.
- Prepares training outlines, scripts, expected results, evaluation and related materials
- In collaboration with functional teams, project teams, trainers and technical team, develop
training course needs and Schedule, prepare, and deliver training.
- Conducts training needs assessments against current and future trainings to deliver optimal
results.
- Innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive
- Strong digital learning skills for training others and for self-learning
- Prepares written weekly reports to the Program Director.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Graduate with NTT/D.Ed /D.EL.Ed /B.Ed, Degree in English/Communication /Humanities
with relevant certification courses for soft skill trainers.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
