**The Role**: Product Owner BOBI, Principal

**The Team**: Business Operations, Business Intelligence and Strategy withing the Market Intelligence Business Operations team with the goal of facilitating financial transparency for Market Intelligence Technology Executives to enable data driven business planning and tracking from execution to delivery.
The team delivers trusted strategic management metrics and reporting - Workforce, Vendor, Financials and other KPI reporting using PowerBI. The team is expanding into strategic project reporting including Synergy, Cloud Spend and Cloud Migration.

**The Impact**:
You will be the Product Owner for the Business Intelligence platform (BOBI). BOBI is a cloud native platform, built on AWS. You will be empowered with a team of technical (cloud) developers, data modelers, and front-end developers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the work backlog is aligned with organizational priorities. You will be responsible to ensure that work is properly documented and tracked using our JIRA project, Confluence and leveraging Kanban, Scrum & Sprint Agile practices. You will be responsible for Product signoff on deliverables from the BOBI-Development Team. You will work closely with internal data providers to identify, consume and govern the datasets.
You will be assisting the Product Manager in stakeholder management and be the bridge between our business stakeholders and our technical team. You will also coordinate steering committee meetings and user feedback calls.
You’ll also be an internal quality specialist who’s capable of writing detailed specs for build, defining requirement and acceptance criteria, and executing technical reviews to ensure that our deliverables are timely, correct, complete, and in-line with scope.
Please note that some data management & analysis will be expected as part of the role.

**Responsibilities**:
Translating product managers' strategies into tasks for development Learning the executive leadership and other users’ needs Serving as a liaison between product and development Oversee, measure, and improve project execution via the Agile Scrum methodology (day-to-day management is facilitated by Project Management) Project manage the BOBI Reporting platform related projects and their enhancements. Bridging the gap between Business requirements and technical deliveries Maintain the project pipeline and align resources for analysis and execution of task, this will involve tracking of team’s current and future pipeline along with delivery timeline. Backlog grooming and prioritization Ensuring that processes and operating procedures are followed using tools like JIRA, Confluence, ADO, AWS etc. Documenting all key products and processes Participating in internal testing of the reporting platform to verify if the reports satisfy the Business requirements in terms of accuracy, efficiency, access restrictions etc. Management status reporting of BOBI deliveries on a regular basis

**What We’re Looking For**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related area 6-8 years of relevant work experience as a Product Owner, or in Agile domains Well versed with the reporting platforms PowerBI or Tableau A multispecialty person who can wear different hats as per Business demands, be it Product manager, Product owner, Project manager or Scrum Master. Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in the Agile framework is highly desired Highly organized, independent and multitasker Proven willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand work environment.
