**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train new joiners on spa procedures and service excellence.
- Showcase spa ambiance and assist in setting up treatment rooms.
- Deliver customized therapy treatments tailored to guest needs.
- Conduct pre-treatment assessments to identify any contraindications.
- Stay informed about the latest spa techniques, trends, and modalities.
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and treatment areas.
- Monitor guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the service.
- Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products effectively.
- Sanitize tools and treatment areas regularly to meet hygiene standards.
- Manage linens, trash disposal, and secure supplies post-shift.
- Follow treatment schedules and daily timelines for smooth operations.
- Handle inappropriate guest behavior with professionalism, adhering to company policies.
- Report incidents or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and adhere to the dress code.
- Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and ensure a memorable spa experience.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with team members.
- Knowledge of beauty and nail services is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
