- Café Manager in Fortea: Cafe Manager responsibilities include scheduling shifts for baristas and wait staff, monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies like coffee, milk, and snacks, as needed. To be successful in this role you should have work experience with various roles in coffee shops._
- **Responsibilities**_
- _Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe_
- _Hire and onboard new wait staff and baristas_
- _Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment_
- _Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk_, _and other ingredients)_
- _Maintain updated records of daily, weekly_, _and monthly revenues and expenses_
- _Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks)_
- _Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service_
- _Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy_
- _Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation_
- _make sure to boost sales and get bulk order contracts in and around the town. manage traveling and _to supervise _the shop_

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
