Our work environment includes: - Modern office setting - Food provided **Responsibilities**: - Develop comprehensive study materials, including notes, presentations, and practice questions, to aid student learning and preparation. - Provide individual attention and guidance to students, addressing their queries and concerns to ensure their progress and success. - Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. - Stay updated with the latest trends, syllabus, and examination patterns relevant to UPSC Civil Service Examination. - Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements. - Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. **Requirements**: - Minimum of [X] years of teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute or educational institution. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to connect with and inspire students, fostering a positive learning environment. - Proficiency in utilizing technology and digital tools for teaching purposes. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
