**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and interpret Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
- Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends in OPEX (Operating Expenses) and CAPEX (Capital Expenditures).
- Research industry benchmarks and company performance metrics for internal comparisons.
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to support budgeting and financial planning.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in financial data reporting and documentation.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven knowledge of financial statements: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
- Experience or understanding of CAPEX & OPEX budgeting and tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
