We're looking for a **Data Scientist (Optimization)**to work on the NextGen connectivity platform across platforms. This is an outstanding opportunity to help build an ambitious future for our flagship product.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Operations Research and Optimization**:- Develop and implement mathematical models and optimization algorithms (e.g., linear programming, mixed-integer programming, network optimization) to solve operational and strategic problems.
- Create and refine algorithms for supply chain optimization, resource allocation, scheduling, and other business-critical processes.
- **Forecasting and Predictive Analytics**:- Design and build statistical models to forecast demand, sales, inventory, or other key performance indicators.
- Utilize machine learning techniques to identify patterns, trends, and predictive insights from large datasets.
- **Algorithm Development and Deployment**:- Develop custom algorithms to solve unique problems, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Deploy and monitor algorithms in production, continuously improving their performance and accuracy.
- **Data Analysis and Visualization**:- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and guide model development.
- Create clear, compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement**:- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Present results, methodologies, and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- **Research and Innovation**:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in operations research, optimization techniques, and forecasting methods.
- Experiment with emerging technologies and methodologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

**What You'll Need**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, focusing on product-driven solutions, including forecasting, classification, and optimization.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Strong expertise in operations research techniques, optimization algorithms, and mathematical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
- Experience with optimization libraries and tools (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools, PuLP).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, time-series analysis, and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with SQL and handling large datasets.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
