The Billing Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's billing process. This includes generating accurate invoices, processing payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records of billing transactions. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Generation**: Prepare and issue invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy in amounts, billing terms, and service descriptions.
- **Payment Processing**: Process incoming payments, track payment schedules, and follow up with clients for overdue invoices.
- **Discrepancy Resolution**: Address and resolve billing issues, discrepancies, or disputes with clients and provide prompt solutions.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payments, credits, and other relevant financial documents.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports for internal use and management review.
- **Data Entry & Updates**: Input and update billing information into the company’s database or financial software.
- **Communication with Clients**: Respond to client inquiries about billing, payments, and service details in a timely and professional manner.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the finance, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth billing operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that billing practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Pay: ₹8,971.43 - ₹10,000.00 per month
