**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven **Sales Executive** with a minimum of **2 years of experience in IT or Digital Marketing Sales**. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and building long-term relationships with clients and students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients (businesses/students) and pitch digital marketing services or training programs.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training team to align offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records in CRM and prepare weekly reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience in sales** (preferably in a **Digital Marketing/IT company or training institute**).
- Strong communication and presentation skills (in English and Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Proven track record in achieving targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a **plus**.
- Graduate or above in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
