Motion graphic designers are responsible for managing all design projects in the e-learning industry from concept to delivery. Other responsibilities include creating original artwork and reviewing the drafts of junior graphic designers to ensure quality work. We are looking for a senior graphic designer to create and manage the end-to-end e-learning industry for our production needs. The senior graphic designer's responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing graphic content, motion videos, infographics, capturing, and syncing demonstrations.
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
- Generating fresh concepts.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Manage the client calls for graphics point of view and also be able to manage SME Calls.
- Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping up to date with industry developments.
- A graphic design qualification or similar.
- Portfolio with design projects.
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer.
- Working experience with image design tools (e.g. After effect, PowerPoint animation, etc.).
- A keen eye for visual details.
- Aesthetic skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.

**Required Skills**:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a must for this role.
- Have good English writing and speaking skills. Also, should have a clear understanding of US English-speaking accents.
- Should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. Should also have experience in the development of interactive, non-interactive, storyboarding, demonstration capture, and voice-over syncing.
- Ultimately, an excellent senior graphic designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.Have a proficient understanding of US and UK English.
- Has a technical background or certification.
- Experience using Photoshop, Powerpoint presentation
