WDSA is a dynamic and thriving sports facility committed to providing top-notch recreational and athletic experiences. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sports Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our state-of-the-art sports facility.

**Responsibilities**:
**Facility Operations**:Manage and coordinate daily activities within the sports facility.
Ensure all sports facilities are prepared and equipped for scheduled events and activities.
Oversee the scheduling of facility usage for various sports and events.

**Maintenance and Safety**:Implement and supervise maintenance schedules for sports equipment and facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Address and resolve any facility-related issues promptly.

**Staff Management**:Recruit, train, and supervise facility staff, including maintenance and support personnel.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Customer Service**:Interact with clients, athletes, and event organizers to ensure a positive experience.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.

**Budget Management**:Develop and manage the annual budget for facility operations and maintenance.
Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on financial performance.

**Event Coordination**:Collaborate with event organizers to plan and execute sports tournaments, leagues, and other activities.
Ensure seamless coordination of events, including setup, logistics, and cleanup.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sports facility management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sports facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Sports Facility Management or related field.]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,685.75 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
