**Requirements**

2) age limit 21- 30

3) academic qualification - minimum 12th pass

4) Mandatory to have experience minimum of 2 years in the garments & cosmetics industries.

5) presentable personality

6) smart & confident (shyness not be entertained)

7) Familiarity with Store operation (SOP) principles

8) Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

9) Basic math skills

10) Good communication skills, (Bengali, Hindi & English) capable of building trusting relationships

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
