**Overview**:

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Varicent ICM solutions.
- Validate compensation plans, calculations, and data integrations within Varicent.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency.
- Participate in release planning and provide QA estimates and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during testing.
