**Job Title**: Makeup Trainer

**Location**: Lakme Academy Whitefield, Bangalore

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of professional experience

**Languages**: Proficient in Kannada and English

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct makeup training sessions covering theory and practical aspects.
- Develop and implement lesson plans for a range of makeup courses.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in makeup artistry.
- Provide personalized guidance and mentoring to students.
- Ensure students develop practical skills through hands-on practice.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in makeup artistry.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English (both verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of various makeup techniques (bridal, fashion, editorial, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and guiding students.
- Certification in Makeup Artistry is a plus.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and ensure student engagement.
