- Supervise and guide students on individual research projects or dissertations (at postgraduate level).
- Conduct assessments (exams, quizzes, projects) and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

**Curriculum Development and Scholarship**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT fields relevant to your area of expertise.
- Contribute to the development and review of M.Sc. IT curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry needs and academic best practices.
- Conduct research in your field of specialization and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals or conferences (may be required depending on the institution).

**Student Support and Development**:

- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to M.Sc. IT students.
- Hold office hours to answer student questions and address concerns.
- Promote student success by fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Offer pastoral care to students when needed.
