**Role : AEM QA**

**Location : Bangalore (2 days onsite and 3 days remote)**

**Duration : 6 - 12 Months**

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with talented, rightly knit QA team of Informatica, responsible for ensuring the quality of work stream and implementing the QA program objectives as it applies to that work stream. The key responsibility entails:

- Engage with BA /Business to understand the requirements and review the test scenarios,
- Ensure all the requirements are clarified and details captured in Jira,
- Create test scenarios and detailed test scripts,
- Execute the test scripts along with appropriate ad-hoc testing and boundary testing. This includes integration testing as well as in system testing,
- Test UI for consistency as well as usability,
- Cross browser Testing & Security specific Testing,
- Create non-functional testing scripts as is appropriate like performance load testing,
- Provide daily QA report and QA sign off for the functionality deployed in test/staging environment,
- Smoke test on Production environment to validate production deployment of functionality and provide sign off,
- Ensure that the Test environment has the relevant test data needed to validate functionality,
- Provide and coordinate test scenarios at a level of detail needed for Test automation and ensure automated test cases are correct and updated accordingly,
- Gather, and present to QA lead/IT management the QA operational metrics,
- Be the gatekeep for adhering to the QA process as part of the overall delivery cycle.

**Role & qualification**:

- 3-5 years of Experience in QA domain with good understanding of the QA lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with peers and management, including interacting with a globally distributed team
- Experience in Web Application testing
- Experience in AEM websites
- Experience in Adobe Analytics, Target is a plusß
- Knowledge of responsive /adaptive UI testing
- Basic understanding of Web Security testing
- Strong user experience focus
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Four-year degree in a technical discipline such as Computer science, Information technology, or Systems Engineering
