Job Title: Financial Operations Associate

Location: Bangalore

**Evaluation Criteria**
- **Tools/Skillset**_

Strong accounting foundation

1-3 years of experience in finance

Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel

Familiarity with Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks

Knowledge of Indian tax compliances

Qualifications: BCom, BBA, CA Inter, CA, MBA Finance, CMA, ACCA

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute daily accounting and reporting processes for Viable's clients.
- Analyze and enhance Viable's external accounting and reporting workflows.
- Organiseaccounting data using Google Sheets, Zoho, and Tally.
- Manage client relations and communications.
- Provide financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning to help clients scale their businesses.
- Ensure complete compliance management
- GST/TDS/ITR, etc.
- Oversee Viable's in-house financial operations team.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
