We are a young and creative company, and we offer you fresh Logistics & Trade Compliance ideas. 4PL Consultancy is a fourth party Logistics and Supply Chain Management solution provider from Crawley, West Sussex. Our sole aim is to bring efficient upgrades to the supply chain by managing the logistics operations for our clients. With a range of services, our teams have helped the clients in understanding the business processes better and scoring higher profits.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Record Management**:
Maintain and update financial records using Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Compliance Management**:
Ensure compliance with GST and Income Tax laws by staying updated with regulatory changes and implementing necessary processes.
- **Accounts Finalization**:
Assist in the finalization of books of accounts, ensuring all financial statements are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Tax Filing**:
Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax returns, ESIC Returns, and EPF Returns, ensuring adherence to statutory deadlines and requirements independently.
- **UK Accounts,**
Knowledge of UK Accounts, PAYNI-UK, and Corporation Tax is a plus.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and assist in preparing reports for management review.
- **Support in Audits**:
Provide necessary documents and support during internal and external audits.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.
- Knowledge of UK Accounts, PAYNI-UK, and Corporation Tax is a plus.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime is a must.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
