**Job Title**: Marketing Sales Executive - Construction

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the construction industry.
Analyze competitor strategies and market conditions to inform our sales approach.

**Sales Planning and Strategy**:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions to drive sales.

**Client Acquisition**:Actively seek and identify new business opportunities and clients in the construction sector.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

**Relationship Building**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about our construction products/services and industry developments.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients.

**Sales Presentations**:Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services.
Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and informative manner.

**Sales Reporting**:Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
Provide regular updates to the management team on sales progress and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of construction products/services and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
