**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities within the building/construction industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and project managers.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and ensure client satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building/construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, or services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
