**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data into computer systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data inputted and make necessary corrections.
- Compile, organize, and sort data for storage and retrieval purposes.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Ensure data integrity and security by following proper procedures and protocols.
- Generate reports, charts, and graphs based on entered data as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information related to data entry.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in data entry and typing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, databases).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional computer training or certification is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a related field such as administrative assistance, clerical work, or data management.
- The typing speed of minimum 40 WPM.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Familiarity with data entry best practices and standards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
