**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the company’s IT systems.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high standard of quality in all interactions.

**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Excellent driving skills with a valid driving licence.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clientele.
- Proficient IT skills for managing databases, reporting tools, and communication platforms.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
