**Overview**: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Global Sales Executive** to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue through cold calling and building relationships with clients across various sectors in regions including the US, AUS, UK, NZ, and beyond.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of Pinnacle Media's image editing services. Meet monthly sales targets to drive overall company growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored image editing solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. Utilize insights to develop targeted sales strategies.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage and prioritize sales opportunities effectively, keeping accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities. Share valuable client feedback to inform marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven sales experience, particularly in cold calling and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a focus on closing deals.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the image editing or media industry is a plus.
