We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and impactful graphics for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media posts. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and convey our brand message effectively through your designs.

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and curating content for our brand's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will develop engaging social media strategies, create compelling content, and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design eye-catching graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads.
- Create visually appealing and engaging social media posts, stories, and ads.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and voice.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align graphics and content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and social media marketing.
- Conduct regular performance analysis of social media campaigns using analytical tools and metrics to track KPI’s, identify trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and others that may be deemed relevant.
- Implement social media marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products and services, analyzing their performance and adjusting strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimization.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
