Position - Medical Data Annotator/ Coder

**About the Role**

Position - Medical Data Annotator/ Coder Role - Full Time Location - Bengaluru

**Eligibility Criteria**

1-5 yrs of proven experience in Medical Coding or Data Annotation.

Preferred Educational Background - MBBS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BDS/ BSc (Nursing) or any medical Degree or Diploma

**What will you work on?**

1) Identify and mark different medical entities like Conditions, Lab Test Names, Procedure, Disease, Treatment, Drugs in the given medical record.

2) Create logical medical relationships between two or many different medical entities.

3) Code a given Medical term/ entity into best match SNOMED/ ICD-9/10 / CPT or LOINC code.

**What are we looking for?**

1) Strong ability to interpret and understand various medical records like prescription, Lab reports, Discharge Summaries, radiology reports etc.

2) Proficient in accurately coding medical records utilizing ICD-9-CM, CPT & SNOMED coding.

3) Ability to communicate and have excellent interpersonal and listening skills and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,737.66 - ₹30,000.00 per month
