PROJECT OUTREACH INTERN

We are looking for 3 enthusiastic and reliable interns to join our team for an exciting MSME development project. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about social impact, communication, and professional growth. You'll play a key role in connecting with individuals, guiding them through a structured online training program, and making a real difference in the MSME ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Call individuals using the data provided by our team
- Introduce the MSME project using a pre-approved script
- Support and guide participants through the online training modules
- Maintain communication logs and report progress regularly to the core team
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements based on participant interactions

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi and/or English preferred)
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
- Previous calling or outreach experience is a plus, but not mandatory
