Elixir Game labs was envisaged and incorporated in 2022. We are a young team of highly energetic gaming enthusiasts with a passion to create engaging mobile games.

**About the role**: As a game designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging gameplay experiences, characters, environments, and mechanics for video games. You will work closely with our team of developers, artists, and programmers to bring your ideas to life. The role would be reporting to sr. game designer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain design documentation, including mechanics, story and guidelines
- Work with engineering, art and other cross-functional teams to effectively implement new features and systems, manage game systems, economy & mechanics
- Modelling and tuning complex game systems using Excel
- Provide clear feature documentation, diagrams, wireframes and/or prototypes of the features to support and prepare the development team for the implementation process.
- Analyze live data and player feedback to continually optimize existing game experience
- Create and rapidly iterate gameplay, experience, content and features for released live games and unreleased titles in development, work with the team to solve game design problems
- Constantly learn about evolving game dynamics, emerging player behavior and trends, and implement these insights to improve effectiveness of design effort
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Game design degree is a plus, widely played mobile games, with the ability to articulate what is strong/weak about the design of existing games.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, analysis skills.
- Experience with multiple aspects of game design discipline: concept, game progression, monetization, and retention
- Have experience with game economies/business models & ability to analyze game mechanics and systems
- Must be proficient in Excel, Formulas, and able to provide visual designs with mock-ups in an any program of your choice but, should understand interaction of design concepts and principles.
- Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that the design specifications are achievable within the technical and production constraints of the project.
- Good documentation and prototyping skills with the typical tools of the trade.
- Knowledge on multiple genres of games, ability to analyze gameplay mechanics and feature designs
- Experience writing product specifications, designed games from conception to completion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
